What this is
SmartBidCheck is a homeowner tool at smartbidcheck.com. It lines up one to four contractor bids on the same checklist. There are no scores and no "best" contractor.
Free basic report: side-by-side scope statuses and top red flags. Full report: missing-items list, questions to ask, contract terms as written, a PDF, and a share link.
Built by a Utah remodeler. The comparison rules are the same for every contractor. SmartBidCheck is paid only by the homeowner. No referral fees. No lead selling. No contractor pays us.
Mailing address: 881 W State St Ste 140-526, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062. This is a mailing address only. SmartBidCheck does not have a storefront or a shop at this address.
